Billy Hess, who has a long and rich background in practicing and teaching Qigong will be leading an on-going weekly group. You are welcome to join in at 5:30 PM on Tuesdays at Spiritual Growth Center. Qigong is an energizing and health enhancing physical practice that can be practiced in a very gentle manner and is suited to all age levels. Join us!
