Taoist Taiji & Qigong
Instruction & Practice
Taoist arts are grounded in nature and natural cycles.
Fù in the I Ching corresponds with winter when life energy is
lying dormant. Now is the time for qi to be conserved, cultivated, and
allowed to renew itself so the spring movement to flower will be strong
and vital. This is winter Taiji and Qigong practice.
Sunrise in a natural environment grants the most powerful opportunity
to cultivate qi. There is great benefit for those willing to
bundle up and practice as the sun rises.
We practice by the Red Cedar tree in
Washburn Park on 21st & Agate St.
7 a.m. on Mon., Wed., & Fri.
All are welcome. Contribution or exchange is requested.
